Pneumothorax Segmentation
Segmentation of pneumothorax in a chest X-Ray image, by making use of Deep Transfer Learning and later analyzing segments to classify it as a positive and negative instance of pneumothorax presence. Currently UNet++ is used as core model with Dice-Coeff as evaluation metrics.
